Hi all
I just joined here hoping to find some answers... I know this question has been asked a zillion times, but well, I am compelled to ask for myself
...oh, and yes, I did take time to read many other clen-related posts.
Ok, so I'm 31, female, 132 lbs., 28% BF.... finished having kids and now I want my pre-baby body back. I only am looking to lose about 15-20 lbs., but my muscle tone has decreased considerably. I hit the gym 5 days/week and do tons of cardio, am eating high protien, good diet, cut out alcohol entirely, etc. etc.
I've taken clen in pill form numerous times and had good results. This time around I ventured out to the liquid clen market. Got from very legit source and he told me to do a 7day on/7day off cycle. I disagree b/c I've always gone 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, mag+taurine+potassium+benadryl. Not sure how to start dosing myself with the liquid stuff and also not sure if it's necessary to taper down.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
