Liquid Clen or Tabs?

Is there a differnce between the liquid clen and the tabs? Does either or work better? Also, how much should be purchased for a 5 week cycle of liquid?

dont do 5 weeks of clen on.. do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, can do trex or an eca stack during the off period. a bottle of liquiclen would last a few months.

I guess it depends on where you purchase your Liquid Clen from. The liquid I had (IBE) wasn't worth a crap. Waaaaaay underdosed as compared to tabs.
