Liquid Clen...Muscles...

I'm going for about a week now on clen. I'm doing EXTREMELY low doses, but I noticed my muscles have become extremely tight and sensitive. This week I did some new work on my glutes, the next day I couldn't walk. My hams were really tight and unbearable.My massage therapist told me the stress from the glutes went all the way down to them. I was out for about 3 days. I just returned to work out today and I made sure to stretch out and my forearms and biceps started tightening up and feel pulled. I'm crossing my fingers and taking an epsom salt bath tonight...again. We'll see how that goes. I just wante dto see what anyone thought about this and if Clen has that type of effect. I don't want to miss out 3 days again.

Im using clen and t3 now, you need potassium and taurine and above all a ton of water each day, a couple days ago I forgot to take my taurine and potassium sups. and boy did I pay for it just like your talking about. hope this helps

I suggest pottasium along with all the essential and non-essential vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. That should get you going.

what type of vits./minerals/supplements are you on now?

P.S. dehydration might also be a problem, how much water are you putting down?

Like stated above lot's of water,taurine,potassium. I had the same problem with cramping on clen and as soon as i started the taurine the problem went away. Good luck.

Yep! He's got it.
 
Can't you just eat one or two bananas a day instead of supplementing the potassium? I think there's like 400mg per banana...

Just to be safe, use external supplementation as well as potassium rich foods.

Good point, I never get cramps when I eat at least one banana, but then I was not on gear so that may be the factor there.

The general recommendation for taurine with clen is 2 grams a day. I have used clen without it and never had problems, but some need it.
 
I haven't needed it until recently too. I think it's because I haven't done pilates and yoga for a while. It's a great workout that helps stretch out your muscles. I never got sore from training doing pilates.
But for now I'm taking everyone's advice and I'm doing alright.
 
Only cure for Tight and sensetive muscles....the ones in the lower body...is 1-3 cc's of Polfa/Jelfa daily.
Exactly which muscles are so tight? :qt:

ha ha this thread is funny...anyway...nice job on the dis...poor guy...but for taurine, when im on Clen i usually consume 5g of it and 1.5 - 2 gallons of water a day...
