Liq Clen & Ephedra

I was talking with someone from the gym last night and he said he did a clen one day and ephedra the next cycle for one month. Any of you guys heard of this? I always did clen 2 weeks. Thanks!

From what I have read a lot of people go two weeks on and two weeks off with clen. They use ephedra when off.

Well....mocst of clens good effects dissapate with time...most hit it was the max dose as relative tosides...then go off for a while..then hit it hard again
