I just got mine today and I want to try it out tonight It's 25mg/ml, so I had just planned on drawing out of the bottle with a syringe, either .5cc or 1cc and shooting it into a shot glass with orange juice or something, is this a effective way of taking it orally?

thats the best way to take it..the OJ will kill the taste...cause its rough without it...but its the easiest and only way i measure my Liq products...

i just squeese up a dropper full and squirt it under my tongue.....counting to 15 or so...
