Lipostim,lipoflame, muscle replenisher.

Yes I used them correctly. The muscle replenisher is berry blast, and I don't like the taste. Only used 3 scoops of it.

Did you mix it with milk? thats the best way?

How have you used the Stim and Flame?

Yeah I tried one with milk, one with water. I just found it to be gross tasting milk. With the stim and flam I used as recommended, tried with suggested servings from needto and I think you gave me some suggestions. I just found it gave me problems with breathing when my heart rate was high, and some light headed dizziness.

You can Split the Dosage then Instead of Mix and matching

use 3 cap LipoStim in the AM

then save the Lipoflame for Midday or Pre workout midday/pm

Yeah I'm just not into experimenting with different dosages to see what works.

IF there is anyone in BC, Alberta that is looking to try these products, it would be a good deal for them.
