LipoStack delivery time

I ordered a LimoFlame/Amplify02 combo stack in late December and have still not received it. Is this a common delivery time for AGX?

We had storms and new years and we are backed up by 1 week ( we had no power for 4 days last week do to storms)

if you got a delivery email then you WILL get it.
