So I have been taking the LipoShred stack for a lil while now, and really do enjoy everything about it. Recently at work we have been swamped and will be for the next 4 weeks. Almost no breaks for 12 hours, so eating on the go, hard to grab a lot of water. What I have been trying to do is drink about a gallon after work/before bed, and then on my way to work drink about .5 gallon. Problem is before bed, I am feeling completely water logged and hard to sleep. I am still noticing that I am getting dehydrated during the day and my lips are all chapped.
I have tried to increase fruits on the go for water- Anyone have any ideas to try?
