Ok, I was "advised" to go on a 14 day ephedrine dry-out before giving lipoflame a shot. Now, I got to day 9 and figured it's long enough. Let's give it a test run from an "ephedrine junkie" and see what gives.
First let me state a few things about the friendship I had with "Effie" I started using it with the OLD "Ultimate Orange" back in 1995. I hated the taste but loved the kick. I've used the old hydroxycut, Ma Hung capsules (boy did they smell) and different brands of ephedrine hcl's. From 95 to about 9 days ago I sucked down more ephedrine than anyone alive, I would bet the farm on that. It was nothing to suck down 100 mgs at a time with 400 mgs of caffine. Then do it again 5 hours later. The worse side effect I ever got was a mild headache from time to time. Yes I slapped together the ole e-c-a stack. Never noticed a fat-burning effect but did have appitite supression.
Lately I've given 2 other therms a shot, "Hot-Rox" and "Redline" I even took them together AND WITH SOME EFFIE TO BOOT! I got a little kick with these two but not anything impressive.
Now for lipoflame.
Saturday I took a full serving. It was a schedueled walk day for me and I did 6.33 miles in 90 min. That's 4.22 mph. It was the first time this year I did over 5 miles. This morning I did another serving of lipoflame and had the same result, a little over 6 miles in 90 min.
What I liked about Lipoflame:
1) There was no jItTeRy energy just a smooth, steady pouring of the coals.
2) When I finished, I finished due to 90 min. being my allowed time. I no doubt could have done another 6 miles.
3) Both times I was in great spirit, not good, GREAT!
4) I did experiance appitite supression, (I'm also hitting the weights so this is not that important to me) heck I do need the calories.
5) There was mood and energy enhancement far after the exercise was completed.
6) It's too early to tell if the "fat-burning" effect will work with me but I'm hoping for lipoflame to do just that, burn fat while not cutting back on calories. I average about 3800 calories a day. I'm 6'2" 206, 17% body fat.
7) The cost of lipoflame as compared to me buying ephedrine every couple of days is almost a joke. I am saving a ton of money, the price of ephedrine has shot through the roof.
8) THIS IS IMPORTANT: When buying lipoflame I'm not having to report to big brother the amount I'm buying nor do I have to show a friggin photo ID, give them my mother's maden name, my grandfather's shoe size, etc.
Now, things I don't like about Lipoflame:
