I started my diet about two weeks ago. High protein. Alot of water. My day usually consists of this:
Morning:
-Protein Shake
-Two Egg Whites
-Some type of fruit (apple, Bananna)
Afternoon:
-Tuna w/cottage cheese
-Jerky (home made)
Night:
-Chicken Breast or Steak
-Protein Shake after workout and before sleep
-Potato
Very rough accessment of my diet. I happen to cheat with sweets every once in awhile. I my also eating in between my meals. Usually protein bars.
