Lipo for kids....!!

I can not believe what I just heard......I work near Detroit so therefore get all of their radio stations......The stations advertise allot of Canadian businesses since we are so close to the border which is fine, but this morning there was an advertisement for plastic surgery for kids from 5-13 that is illegal in the US but not Canada. Now I can understand surgery that may be classified as reconstructive plastic surgery, but this ad was also touting liposuction for kids as young as 8 years old. I can't believe it!

That is disgusting. And I know that some kids have weight problems, but a lot of them have baby fat and grow out of it.

I see parents feeding their kids McDonalds every day and let them play video games all night. Maybe I was spoiled by having a mom who stayed home and cooked for us all day. I didn't sit and watch tv-- I played outside. I had to play outside in MN winters. It was wonderful. I ate veggies, snacked on yogurt, drank juice..we never had chips and cookies around.

To think of such a procedue being done on a child breaks my heart. 8 year olds shouldn't be worrying about weight. And their parents should be more proactive about keeping them active and healthy. It's a lifestyle that will benefit the whole family.

First they cut out all of the school gym programs for budget reasons. Then they let, every fucking fast food joint on the planet and soda vendor put shit in food courts rather than trying to offer a balanced diet for kids.

Then everyone wonders why are kids so fat? Fucking morons!!
