This seems a bit heavy-handed for Viagra. I can't count on two hands the number of times I've told a Customs agent I had Viagra and I didn't even have a prescription for it.

He is being investigated and I feel being treated unfairly. The sheriff's office is investigating it, they confiscated his pills, and the state attorney's office is going to decide what to do. Hopefully they forget about it.

For Viagra? That seems too extreme. I mean, the Viagra could have been given to him as free samples without a prescription also. I understand that he wasn't busted as some may claim. He was merely detained while examining his prescription pills. No big deal. I'm sure the mere fact that they briefly detained him was enough for this story to get out of hand and blow up the way it did. Yes, he has a history of presription drug addiction. Now, if he was detained for something harsher, I could understand; but for Viagra? That guy makes millions yearly. It's really sad that he has these kinds of problems. Issues like these should and could be easily avoided.
