Limb loss from AAS?

just read it in a post once and thought it was odd that something like that could happen,So the question got in my head, basically wondering if it can happen from the gear itself, or all from infection. Im pretty sure that if i saw ganggreen I would be the first person to be at the hospital.

Only from an infection and if it were that bad you would probably also be septic and possibly die.
