lighting, photos and your definition (muscles) ?

can anyone explain how the way light or cameras drastically affect the appearance of your muscles/definition? i know i can look at an angle in slightly dim light and look big/cut as hell, but then in direct light, that apperance goes away :goof:

also how could you get a good shot with a digital camera?

Man that is a complicated question. Complete treatises have been written on this subject. I would suggest getting some books on digital photography, glamour lighting, portrait lighting, and photographing nudes (regardless of whether you woud ever be nude, the same principles apply). If you really need professional photos, go to a professional when you get to your optimum shape. It is worth memorializing with professional pictures. An amatuer photog will have a hard time competing because a pro has light boxes, reflectors, light meters, etc and, if they are good, a ton of knowledge. =-)
