Light green urine?

My urine looks light green. I am taking vitamins. What do you think it could be, Kidneys infection? It has been like this for about a month. I have lower back pain but im going to the ciropractor for it. He said my lower back has been kind of sprained. Im going to the doctor in two weeks. What do you guys think?

How much r u taking.. i notice in a higher dosage it will happen.. ex.. GNC viatamins... the dosage is 4 pills.. if you take all 4 at once this will happen... if you spread it out not really

Maybe im just paranoid because I just went like 2 minutes ago and it was normal. Im currently on Max Fuel which has.........

Creatine monohydrate
Glutamine peptides
Calcium beta hydroxy (HMB)
Colostrum
Alpha lipoic acid
Alipure
Potassium

And a big chewable multi vitamin once in the mourning.

Does any of this cause light, clear, greenish urine?

Id say its your B vits. Also if your getting kidney pains, then increase your water intake. How much you drinking at the moment?

Im not getting kidney pains. Im not on a cycle right now, I have been off for about 4 months. The green just kinda concerned me. I have been drinking lots of water today and it is totally clear.

One more thing. The only juice I have ever taken in my life is 16 amps of sust250. I always drank lots of water during cycles, and cranberry extract. Could you damage your kidneys or get a kidney infection on such little juice? Thanks.

It'g got to be in the multi vit b/c as soon as I started taking the Twinlab daily two caps, my piss was yellowish green no matter how much water I drank. Couple that with ala and you got some nasty ass colored and smellin' piss
