Ligament damage

Listen up, what u really need is a glucosamine/msm combination which will rebuilt your joints and relieve any pain. If u choose to use anabolics, give nandrolone decanate (aka,deca durabolin) a try.
 
Bobber, what the real key to repairing ligament damage is rehabilitaion of the structures involved. Ligament damage is a little sticky because of the nature of the tissue, avascular(very poor blood supply). This means that nutrients can not get to the repair site fast enough. If not rehabed properly, reinjury is common. No advice as far as the supplements go. Deca will not help repair the tissue either, will just increase water within the joint spaces. This may decrease the pain for a while but is just a cover up. Good luck.

Avoid anti inflamatories at all costs, inflamation is the bodies way of increasing blood flow to the injured area. Also, look into prolotherapy (www.prolotherapy.com) it worked wonders for my tendonitis in the elbow.

I just went to the sports medicine guy for a NCAA Div I team yesterday because i pulled some ligaments. right around my groin. He told me to ice it first 2 days and heat pack for 4 ..
