Bobber, what the real key to repairing ligament damage is rehabilitaion of the structures involved. Ligament damage is a little sticky because of the nature of the tissue, avascular(very poor blood supply). This means that nutrients can not get to the repair site fast enough. If not rehabed properly, reinjury is common. No advice as far as the supplements go. Deca will not help repair the tissue either, will just increase water within the joint spaces. This may decrease the pain for a while but is just a cover up. Good luck.
