One piece of wisdom that I've learned and practice. I can't always control what happens, but I can choose how to react. Being depressed is a choice, if I catch myself feeling down, I will often smile and change my attitude. It's almost impossible to feel down when you are smiling. Also, I look at life's circusmstances like this, If I'm not dying, it's not that bad... I do like to bitch sometimes though.
