about ten weeks ago I started a contest traing routine, changed the drugs I was on and added cardio and redused my carbs . went from 230 whith 18% bf to 200 lbs @ 9% body fat my strenth went down a bit , and I went nuts, I work construction , very hard work, I feel like I never sleep Im missing work outs , is this normal ive never been ripped and just want to see what it looks like, is it supposed to be so mentaly challenging. When I bulk up I can get so big so fast but my waist gets so big to, ive read every book and I try so hard. Do any of you guys work in the construction biz? if so do you have any sugestions I mean can we not train like this , well I mean work hard and train hard beacause of the whole over training thing? Ive been following the contest traing in Chris Acetos book, if any of you have any input it would help I feel like im coming undone. Thanks
