Snipes goes apeshit on account of his daughter being shot in a columbine type shooting at school. He decides to take it out on the gun dealer. There's a whole dumbass plot interwoven into it.
Snipes's character quotes a bunch of shit about the second ammendment and how it is not relevant today and should be repealed.

What gets me about the movie is that it encourages people to think crime and violence is somehow only related to firearms. Typical million mom march bullshit.
