LGD half life and split

Lgd-4033's half-life is 24-36h

It means if I take it once a day.. It means it will be half potent after 24:00

Why not split the dose : one in the morning one in the evening ?

Once you reach peak concentration in about 3-4 days it makes no difference. You can dose it twice a day if you want, but it will do nothing positive for you over once per day

only need to do lgd once a day.If you prefer spliting ,you certainly can.
