LGD-4033 Sarm LOG

Long time reader, first time poster!

A few other logs have been extremely helpful (especially cip221) so I decided to do the same for others.

Background: Lifting for around 12 years hard. 4-5 sessions a week. One body part per sesh. Have gotten to a point where I have kinda plateaud. I am eating 5-6 meals every day and get plenty of sleep.

Supplement history: Have tried all the usuals, pre workouts, creatine, text boosters etc,
The strongest thing I have used is the sarm Ostarine for 6 weeks on 25mg per day. Got some good results with that a few months ago.

Plan: 5/6 weeks, Sublingually

1 mg per day week 1
2 mg per day week 2
2 mg per day week 3
3 mg per day week 4
4 mg per day week 5
4/5 mg per day week 6

PCT: Not sure, probably Ostarine at a low dose and some natural test boosters
 
Im looking to run this soon enough...

You gonna take anything with the lgd run maybe forma ta keep the estrogen low?

Been feeling good in the gym, no real change yet, although did do 2 pbs....Bench press 115kg which is easily the most I have ever lifted and DB shoulder press 42.5kg

How can you say "no change" when you immediately follow it with "I hit two personal bests?"

I'd say that's a definite change. :)

In for the ride as well, I just updated my log :). You'll really enjoy the stuff, and you'll see some real kick-in around week 2 or 3. Watch eating that meant meals in a day, it'll turn your metabolism into a blast furnace ha. Why are you running it for 6 weeks?
 
I think next time ill only go 6 weeks as well. I didn't notice many added benefits running it 8 weeks, even with ramping the dose weekly.
 
I just feel 6 weeks is enough for my first real run. If it causes shutdown I just personally don't want to run it much longer then that.

quoted for truth..after 6 weeks my size has not changed. I have been at 7mg for 3 weeks. The first 6 weeks i had incredible strength, great increase in size composition, and pretty much broke PR's on all my lifts every week. I can't see any added benefits from above 5mg, maybe placebo. Just wanted to try it out and go from there. Will make a final review log early next week when i have the opportunity. With pics.
 
solid week of training, 6 sessions.....today is sunday.....rest day....sitting on 2mg today, had a work function last night and dj'd at a club so I drunk way too much, i know i know, will be alcohol free now for the next 5 weeks, tomorrow is chest, interested to see what/if any strength gains since last week

WEEK 2........

Feeling strong....up on all weights for chest day.... upped bench from 115kg to nearly 120kg which is pretty unreal considering I've been benching around 105 for the last 10 years. Body weight is up 1kg. I am feeling fuller and I am eating like an animal. Looking swole and larger. Feeling great.

WEEK 2......Biceps
I am currently 10 days in. I wouldn't say there are any massive changes yet but I am defs feeling like it is beginning to kick in. I feel strong, positive and swollen (in a good way). I was as strong as ever doing biceps last night and the pump felt definitely more then normal. Not massively different but I feel like it will really take off over the next week or two. It is pretty crazy that I am feeling something only 10 days in. Still at 2mg a day before breaky holding under the tongue before eating breakfast. Is this the best time to take it? In comparison Osta at 25mg ED felt like it needed 3-4 weeks to kick in.

Someone else commented on not feeling DOMS on LGD. Definitely not the case for me. I am sore as a muthafu*@er! No sorer then normal, I am training my arse off but LGD definitely hasn't taken away any DOMS for me.

Combined with 6 solid meals a day and good sleep I am giving it everything for this bulk.

Weight is steady, probably up 1 kg maybe 1.5 max. Hard to know if there is much lean bulk or if it is from the mountains of food I am consuming! I definitely look more swollen.

Today is rest day (Wed) and I need it! Tomorrow is shoulders and 2 sessions friday (Triceps in morn before work and Back at night). Will update Friday morning after shoulders!!!
 
BLEHHHH..... some bad news.... Have been struck down with a cold/flu. Feel like absolute shit today. Have dragged myself into the office and am meant to train shoulders tonight. Hitting the supps hard to get rid of this asap!
 
Your recovery time will boost soon, my first week I had DOMS and soon after they slowly disappeared. I still get a tiny bit sore from time to time if I really hit it hard tho.
 
WEEK 2......Shoulders & Triceps
Despite feeling absolute shit from these flu symptoms I trained shoulders last night. Lifted as heavy as ever which was surprising with little motivation and a throbbing head.

I made the effort to get up early today and train Triceps before work.....I am definately looking bigger, I don't feel this stuff has fully kicked in yet, very keen for next weeks training. My strength is definately at an all time high, no record breaking lifts just yet, I have seen the most improvement on bench press.

Tonight is Back, tomorrow legs, then a rest day :D
 
WEEK 2....BACK, LEGS, FOREARMS

Took it fairly easy with back last night as I threw it out a few weeks ago, legs were strong today and I decided to throw in some forearms.. HOLY PUMP! looking bigger and feeling like its kicking in..Can't wait for chest monday
 
WEEK 3 CHEST

What can I say...i've seen a solid 15+kg improvement on my flat bench which is just insane considering I haven't gone far in the last 10 years of solid lifting. All other lifts are up, looking swollen and up a few kgs on the scales. It has taken me 2 weeks to feel this stuff kick in but damn the strength is crazy.

on 3mg a day atm
 
WEEK 3 BICEPS

Wow what a pump. I am looking fuller and feeling strong. No sides experienced. No acne, no back pumps, nothing. But I am definitely fuller. Have ordered some estrogen blockers just incase as I go up dose for the next few weeks. Couldn't be happier
 
WEEK 3 Shoulders + Triceps

Getting some good solid size now, nothing ridiculous but definitely alot stronger then Osta. Eating 7 meals a day, plenty of calories. Weight seems to have stabalised. Feeling strong, looking good. I actually think I might be loosing a bit of fat now it has kicked in cause I have got a touch lighter. Maybe lost 1kg in the last week or 2 but looking bigger, strange.

3 weeks into LGD at 3mg, kinda the same as 5 weeks into Osta at 25mg. No sides, no signs of excess estrogen, wouldn't say I'm hornier, no pimples, nothing. Might bump to 4mg next week, not sure, feeling like 3 is a good point. Everyone seems to be happy between 3-5 from what I read.

At this point I think I will finish after 2 more weeks to give my body a bit of a rest before another course later in the year.
 
WEEK 4

Not sure if anyone is really following this blog anymore so I may do one or two more entries to help out others looking into LGD. Upped to 4mg yesterday. I think the sweet spot is around 3-4.

It is the start of week 4 and I will run this out till 6 weeks. LGD really kicks in at the third week for me, and holy crap what a kick. I am looking much larger, without looking puffy, even getting comments, the growth is awesome and so is the strength increase. No sides..... Much more potent then Osta..... Onto a winner here.
 
Any gains on the scale ?

Definately, althought it is hard to put an exact number as I have definately gained some BF with the large intake of calories.

My reasons behind my eating is that I wanted to give my body every chance to grow, 8hrs sleep, an excess of calories at all time, intense training etc.

I would say I am up a good 1-2kg in lean mass for the 3 weeks, so maybe around 4 lean pounds at this point
 
I'm following. I plan on starting at 3 mg/day. I will increase if I don't see results after a couple of weeks.

I think 3 is a good starting point, but it is always wise to start at 1 to see if you have an adverse reactions. Next time I will start at 2 or 3.

Only half way through now, so very interested to see where I will be in another 3 weeks!
 
thanks all! into week 5 next week! getting lots of comments on size gain so thats a good thing. Definately a few Kilos gained, feeling and looking at my best which is awesome for such a small outlay. No side effects whatsover which is unreal. I ordered an Estrogen blocker but it took forever to ship and I still don't have it, so i'll throw that in the last 2 weeks but yeh, nothing soo far!

Should I run it for 6 or 8 weeks? Got everything set just people minds have seemed to change on how long to run it.
 
This is a good log. I see some similarities and some differences between our experiences. Just goes to show how everyone reacts differently to different things.
 
FINAL UPDATE

So this is what I ended up doing.....
week 1 - 1mg
week 2 - 2mg
week 3 - 3mg
week 4 - 4mg
week 5 - 4mg
week 6 - 5mg
week 7 - 5mg

I am currently 1 week into PCT, using a small dose of mk2866 (10mg) each day and also LeCheek AD-3. Will probably run this for a month.

Well i'm all done and dusted after 7 weeks and I'm in love. This stuff is unreal. I have considerably gained both size and strength. Every second person has noticed. But at the same time I don't look like i've been on a course. I have done everything diet and training wise to get the most out of this and couldn't be happier. I am going to have 2 months off and try once more for 6 weeks before I head on an overseas holiday.

I felt it took a little to really kick in, I could feel/see it after 2 weeks, but wasn't till i hit the 3/4mg dose that it all started to take off. As far as sides, basically nothing at all. Now I may be a touch paranoid but I thought my nips looked a touch puffy near the end of 7 weeks, but I have gained a fair bit of excess fat due to my massive calorie intake each day, so could be nothing. After 1 week of dieting/watching my food, I no longer think this, so just think it was a bit of excess fat.

On that note, I didn't take any anti-estrogen sups but had something ready if need be. If natural levels have dropped, I don't feel like it. Balls are plump and I don't feel any different a week after stopping..... I am stronger and looking as big as ever.

To give you an example for strength....I have been benching 100/110kg MAX for as long as I can remember....maybe 8+ years. Well at the end of the 7 weeks I cracked a 1MR 130kg bench on my own. Holy fuck did it feel awesome. I've put a few inches on every measurement.

In short.....highly recommended, I feel the results I achieved in 7 weeks would have taken me a whole year to do without LGD.

It would be great if you could keep us updated at least once/week over the next several weeks during your PCT. Let us know what you are taking, what you are eating and whether or not you are keeping your strength and size.

What was your caloric surplus like on cycle? Very interested to see how far you can push the calories on this stuff vs. appreciable fat gain. Although I'm guessing you could not have gained that much fat if you were able to diet it out after just 1 week.

Also - once you are off PCT keep the thread updated with weight/strength. Very interested to see how much of the mass/strength gains from LGD are keepable after PCT. Always interested in reading updates of LGD on sides and gains because there isn't that much out there yet.
 
Will keep you all updated on PCT, i'm running AD-3, and 10mg mk2866 ED. I'm having a few days off this week as my joints are a bit sore and I have a few niggling injuries. I feel I need and deserve the rest after a few solid months of smashing PB after PB. It will only be 4 days.

Someone asked about measurements, I put inches on in every measurement, i highly recommend this stuff hey. All my lifts were smashed out of the park, each week was PB after PB and thats after reaching a 10 year training peak so I couldn't be happier. Will keep you updated on what gains I keep, from reading other logs, I plan on keeping most if not all, don't want to comment this week, as naturally having 3 days off from the gym has already got in my head and I feel smaller (most probably am not). After a full week next week it will be interesting to see where I am at. I am also dieting to shed some fat over the next month.

definitely man, I kept reading about others feeling it the first week, i honestly didn't feel jack till at least the third week and wasn't that impressed at the start, but then it took of something awesome :D
