The stool tells you a lot about your colon health. If it's dark brown in color, and it sinks, and it stinks, that's not good. And don't feel bad, that's the way most people are. What you want to see is light brown color, which means it's full of fresh bile from the liver, very mild odor, and a stool that floats. We're talking low-density here folks. The more compaction you have the darker the color and the faster it sinks.

Compaction is not good. Also, moving bowels should be SIMPLE. If the veins are popping out of your neck and you feel like your doing the bench press, you NEED to clean your colon.

When you do the cleanse, for the first few days....things are a little weird. But you know you're cleansed when you see the above good stuff happening, and you are eliminating at least 2-3 times per day.

Cleansing your colon is a 30-day process. Its also very economical and worth every cent! You may be very surprised at some of the benefits you will receive besides just losing 1-5 lbs of crap from your body and brightening your future health.

i thought a pale floating stool was a sign of malabsorbtion, unabsorbed fat causing it to float and paleness caused by underabsorbtion of nutrients

when i take ginger my stool gets browner. :)
 
Ginger will increase your absorption of nutrients as will acidopholus. Colon blow works wonders.

Also, if you haven't already, try a fruit fast for 48 hours and that will clean you out to the point that you'll think your Sk* asking jenna out on a date.
 
I tried it once and Yes you will be as clean as a Showroom car.
Basically eating nothing but water and Fruit Juices for like 3 days.
If you must eat, fruits only
 
Go buy lots of high fiber fruits, like plumbs, graipfruits, mangos, etc...

Eat nothing but that for 2 days and drink lots of water. You'll sound like an evenrude motor for about a week but your colon will be clean enough to eat off of!!!
 
well i did the 50 rep set thing... i guess this is next on my list... i want a showroom colon.

Sorry, but there is NO WAY I am PAYING someone to give me a fucking ENEMA. Sorry. That's what "colonic irrigation" is....

I know exactly what you mean, don't worry.

With 4 feet of garden hose, a blowpop, vasaline and a pair of rubber gloves you can do it yourself. I used to get ripped-off myself until I found out how easy it was. Trust me.
 
It's not a topic people like talking about, but it is serious. I have just gone through some tense times. I had a colonoscopy after having symptoms which caused me great concern, at 29.

Colon cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer, but detected early, is also one of the most curable.

The bodybuilding lifestyle may also place people at a higher risk through the excessive protein and calories which a bodybuilder ingests. Make sure you get plenty of fibre, up to 30 grams per day. Foods which are fibre rich are not considered much value from a bodybuilding perspective, but they are vital for a healthy digestive system and can aid significantly in prevention of cancer.
 
I feel a need to add here that very pale, white stools are symptom of severe liver problems and should be looked at by a doctor.
