This fall i'm going to do a 10 week cycle. I have about 1 year of cycling experience under my belt.
my stats: 5'11.5 190 lbs (estimate bf% @12) I'm pretty lean with a 4 pack (lol). I know this isn't too impressive to some, but keep in mind I graduated H.S. and weighed in at a massive 140 lbs with 2 inch pipe cleaners for arms. So the 50 lbs is quite a gain for a stick boy like myself.
My goal is to get to 210 @ 8 or 9% bf. I still want to be athletic with good cardio for my chosen sports (bjj and muay thai).
I was thinking of the following:
750mg/wk Iranian test e
400mg/wk EQ (QV maybe?)
75mg/tren 3x a week
.5 mg/ed of arimidex
I eat like a f'n hog regardless of if i'm on or not. My goal is to remain pretty lean during the cycle, but I realize I will gain some fat.
