Let's Debate the best way to use Clen....

I'd go with 2 weeks on and 2 off. Why? 2 weeks on because Clenbuterol loses its effectivness after 15-16days, which means if you take it for more than 15-16 days in a row you're just wasting your time. 2 weeks off because thats the time the receptors need to get back to 100% "receiving mode".

I think you have to ramp up your clen usage.

Day 1-3 (40 mcg)
Day 4-6 (60 mcg)
Day 7-10 (80 mcg)
Day 11-14 (100 mcg)
Once you reach 100mcg you can remain at this dose for another week or two.

I found that you can avoid most of the nasty side effects like headaches and severe cramping if you ramp up.
 
15 day usage. Then 21 days off. I also would up the doses while cycling it.
 
CLEN is not working for me-- ANY ADVICE

i'm using it to try to burn some fat off my waist, there's just some flab there since disslocating my shoulder. been doing some cardio and watching my diet, can't life as much b/c i disslocated my shoulder. but i've been on it for 2 weeks now. as follows:
day 1 --> 2
day 2-- 3
day 3 -- 4
day 4 -- 5
day 5 -- to day 10 --> 6
day 11 -- 5
day 12 -- 4
day 13 -- 3
day 14 -- 2

i've been off for 2 weeks now, and i've been taking xenadrine.
i'm going on for another 2 weeks with the same cycle.
i haven't noticed anything really.
ANY ADVICE? thanks......
