I really need some help here, i have a knot in my nipp from a stupid m1t cycle i did in jan. About a week ago i started taking 80mg/nolva and 800mg/b6 ed and it has done nothing. Does nolva take a little bit to work or what? my main question is will letro help me, because of prolactin from m1t. some advice here would be great. thanks

I would think that at the nolva dose you are taking that you would have seen it subside at bit by now. I don't think that Letro will help now since the gyno has already formed. From my knowledge...letro will only help Prevent.

Also, If it is prolactin induced gyno.. I thought you need to use dostinex? But I may be wrong here.

I would suggest keep taking the nolva ED...
Let others chime in on this one.

Yes, it takes some time. Give it at least 2-3 weeks. Nolvadex does work, but it would not show any significant improvement in only 1 week.
I don't think think the Letro would do anything.

thanks guys, i will give it a little more time, i have my first show in august i need this stupid knot to go away so i can start my next cycle

one other question i was just talking to my buddy, and he said that nolva would not do jack since i got the knot from m1t, he said bromo or letro would help, is he full of crap or what, great link tiger.

shit...sorry about the above post...i fuckt up my facts. ok...

letro does nothing for progesterone sides. bromo does and so does dostinex. letro works the same way arimidex does in how it doesn't allow AAS to aromatize. nolva wont do shit for progesterone sides either...only for estrogen. so...your boy is 1/2 right.

does anyone make research dostinex

J Steroid Biochem Mol Biol. 2001 Dec;79(1-5):27-34. Aromatase overexpression transgenic mice model: cell type specific expression and use of letrozole to abrogate mammary hyperplasia without affecting normal physiology.

Mandava U, Kirma N, Tekmal RR.

Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Emory University, 4217 Woodruff Memorial Building, 1639 Pierce Drive, Atlanta, GA 30322-4710, USA.

Our recent studies have shown thatoverexpression of aromatase results in increased tissue estrogenic activity and induction of hyperplastic and dysplastic lesions in female mammary glands and gynecomastia and testicular cancer in male aromatase transgenic mice. Both aromatase mRNA and protein are overexpressed in transgenic mammary glands and its expression is not limited to epithelial cells. However, it is more in epithelial than in stromal cells. Our results also indicate aromatase overexpression-induced changes in mammary glands can be abrogated destroyed with very low concentrations of the aromatase inhibitor, letrozole. Low concentration of letrozole had no effect on normal physiology as indicated by no significant change in the circulating levels of estradiol and follicle stimulating hormone as well as no change in estrogen responsive genes such as the progesterone receptor and lactoferrin in the uterine tissue. These observations indicate that the expression of aromatase in both epithelial and stromal cells can influence the complex interactions of biochemical pathways leading to mammary carcinogenesis and that the aromatase inhibitor, letrozole can be used as chemopreventive agents without affecting normal physiology.

ok...honestly...thats one of the most confusing reports i've ever read...i fuckin hate medical writing. so i can't really comment on that article. what i do know is that after a lot of research, letro is equivalent to arimidex...just a lot stronger. i've never heard of letro doing anything for progesterone induced gyno. dostinex and bromo for this only.

hey guys here the post from my bud.

I ran 40mg Nolva per day and a shit load of B-6 for a month and the lump remained and was still sore. Then I switched to 1.25mg letrozole E3D and the soreness instantly stopped and I noticed a reduction in lump size within week 1. After almost three weeks now it's practically gone so I switched to 20mg Nolva per day to avoid an estrogen rebound. I'm so happy. I thought I'd need surgery. I highly recommend letro. I did have a little difficulty getting it up in bed, but nothing Cialis couldn't cure.
