Ok so Ive been talking to a couple guys here about possibly trying out Femera - letrozole - to reduce some possible gynecomastia symptoms from being slightly overweight for years up till now. (No hard tissue behind the nips, but some rubbery type tissue around the edges, fat deposits, and puffy nips when warm). Im 22 years old but seem to have estrogenic fat patterns and seem to hold fat in my chest and ass. Im still around 18% bf (estimated), 6'0" tall, 185lbs, and Im still cutting, using an eca - ephedrine - caffeine - aspirin stack and the basics. I havent ran any cycles before, so none of this is contributed to anabolic androgenic steroids.
Anyways, I was talking to someone on another site and they said that even if I run Letro at .25mg EOD for a couple weeks, that I should then use Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - for a couple more weeks so I dont get E-rebound...Is this needed running such a small amount of Letro? Or is the Nolva only needed if your progressing upwards to around 2.5mgs or the larger dosings?
I was just curious of your alls opinions. I still want to get down to about 15%bf before I start any type of treatment so that I will be able to really tell if it is helping or not, but this is all in planning and my cut seems to be going rather good and pretty quickly.
Thanks to the guys that have given me advice so far, its been a big help.
