Letro at 20 years old

I'm struggling with natural gynecomastia that came out of nowhere when I was 18. I've never done any kind of aas.

I used some formestane by dermatend (I think) but it did nothing but give me a terrible rash at the spots I rubbed it on. I'm curious if letro will have any effect on my body in the growing aspect. I'd say I'm done growing but hell you never know, I could grow taller .

What do you guys think? Is it safe for a 20 year old to cycle a strong AI such as letro to eliminate lumps? I'm a little nervous messing with my hormones...
