Lessening Prop pain?

Well first of all, be sure your injection technique is good. Prop can be painful to some, but the only people I've heard it cripples are those who either inject too much or don't inject properly.

Now if you're doing everything right, then I assume you have 100mg/ml prop. Get some sterile oil and use 3/4ml of prop and 1/4ml of sterile oil and you should be better.

only prop i ever used was qv and i love it except once upon a time i tried to inject in the quad and that wont happen ever again cuz i needed a wheelchair for a week and ahalf after the glutes are the least painful bro

I'm actually injecting it with NPP. 1ML each (2 Total obviouslly). They're both 100mg per ml. EOD injections...

i've used both NPP and prop. the NPP crippled me, but the prop is no problem. some people do have an adverse reaction to the phenylpropionate ester on the NPP, and that may be your problem. also, your prop may have alot of BA in it. my suggestion is to find a good ug source whose prop is virtually painless, they are out there.

what i heard is if you let the bottle sit in hot water and warm up the prop it disipates better...also massage it as much as possible....this is just what i heard and i can not say for sure by experience

massagin the inject site before and after is a good way to lessen the pain. heating up ur gear will work too. but face it prop is gunna hurt a littl more than enth. but it holds no water for me so the pain is worth the lean gains
