What is the easiest and best way to tell if packaged "winstrol" tabs are legit or fake?

Also, can Winstrol cause gyno or "bitch tits"?

Only way you're going to get an intelligent answer to your first question is if you give us a clue as to what brand.

Winstrol can cause gyno, but it's EXTREMELY rare.

OK, I will have to get back with you on the brand name.

So, if the chances of getting gyno are rare, but possible, can anything be done to prevent it all together?

If it's real, Zambon is the best stuff out there. Maybe not pricewise but otherwise it's the best. I'm unsure on how to tell if the Zambons are real. Taking them would be one way to find out.

As far as gyno, it may be possible but I've never ever seen anyone get it off winny. I've seen it from many other things, though.

Zambons are very good. You might want to check a few Counterfeit Forums to see fakes of it look like, or even if they're are any.
