Well... you could be sued for the contribution to illegal activity.

Some sites have had open source policies...and look what happened to them *TRIDEA!* Ahem...

Not only that, but of someone dies or what not... injured because of steriod use, etc... and the source was openly posting on your board... you might get a civil wrongful death or other case filed against you...

Another reason to keep open source postings... but then again, EF does not promote sources either... so...
