Im getting ready to run a 10 weeker here starting sunday.

Stats
5'7 185 pounds 15% bodyfat

week 1-8 50mg of tren ace ed (maybe bump to 75mg if i can take it)
week 1-10 test prop
also going to run with a 50mg bottle of rhoms thermo lipid weight loss drops but to sure how to run it because its so new

diet is 0 direct carb sources 6 days a week and 1 day will be a carb refeed day

Thinking of bumping cardio down from 3 miles a day at a 3.0 incline i usually do on a empty stomach...to 30 minutes of walking 3-4 times a week on a steeper incline
 
I think zero carb is dangerous, but a lot of us live dangerously..

maybe like, 20 grams of carbs from mixed nuts a day or something? idk...
 
well i still will get carbs from protein shakes but nothing over 20 g a day........those weight drops are wicked man it has clen in it and i fuckin hate clen cramps.......THE WORST THING EVER
 
yeah, I personally don't fuck with stimulants..

they hammer me pretty hard..

but other people use them all the time with no problems.
