Cool. I thought that stuff was extremely sensitive and needed to be stored betwen 4-8C. I suppose once it is reconstituted it is more stable.

I don't think you'll have a problem - as long as your house is under 65F......it's not the best way to go, but since you have it I think you'll be fine
