Lean Mass Matrix

Does Prolabs Lean Mass Matrix have too many calories ( 390 for cinnamon oatmeal :p ) for a meal replacement to use on a cutting diet????

What other MRP's do you recommend for cutting if LMM has too many calories...

I understand that it's best to eat whole foods but at my job I can't eat out a full meal while i'm working...
 
that is somewhat high. there are ones that are lower in cals. look around under different brands. good luck.
 
MRPs are typically junk.............most use maltx as a carb source............make your own bro...save $ and much better benefits..........
 
Lean Mass Matrix is a solid MRP. Remember to watch your total calories, and the types of GI you are consuming. The ingedient profile in LMM is better then most MRP.

Here is a little home made concoction:

* Whey/protein blend
* Oats
* water/milk
* EFA's and/or healthy fats/oils
