I have another thread showing my beast test E cycle and was curious about clen I was curious to know any ones thoughts about taking liquid clen to lean up even more I'm doing good getting lean gains and I feel I am actually losing body fat and getting way stronger my diet and cardio routine is in check as well. Wandering how to run clen or if that would b wise for the last 6 weeks or 4 weeks of cycle how to dose it and what not thanks.
I'll be honest w/ you.. I hate Clen.. There are better ways and products from needtobuildmuscle.com that can help you lean out. However, that being said:
Taurine MUST be used with Clen at 3-5g daily. Clenbuterol depletes taurine
levels in the liver which stops the conversion of T4 to T3 in the liver.
Taurine allows the user to avoid the dreaded rebound effect and painful muscle cramps. It's a must with Clen. And also 1000mg of Potassium gluconate.
Clenbuterol should not be taken too close to a workout. It can interfere with
your breathing and completely ruin your workout. When doing cardio, it's
advisable to stay at a consistent pace and avoid HIIT style routines.
AND drink plenty of water; 1.5-2 gallons a day.
Two weeks on two weeks off!

day2 40mcgs (morning then afternoon)
day3 60mcgs (morning, afternoon, dinnertime)
day4 80mcgs (morning, afternoon, dinnertime)

day6-14 120mcgs (morning, afternoon, dinnertime)
