Hey guys, I am planning too run a 20 week lean bulker with test/eq/var as the componets of this lean bulker. My question is this. I have bulked well in the past as far as muscle mass, but I always gain more fat than I care too, and 99% of the reason is diet. I get sloppy over the course of the bulker (my hunger or diet issues is not related to the EQ, it doesn't make me hungry, I just eat crap)
I am still in the fat loss process and have a few more months to go to get to reach my goal, but I want to plan NOW. Since I am not a plat, the search function blows chunks and I have already spent more than enough hours on in the diet forum reading but I need/want more info.
Does anyone have any advice or even better links to a great VERY lean bulker? I want to pack on at least 15 lbs of pure virgin muscle.
