ok,
i'm not even close to fat but those abs aren't popping out and i can pinch something...
so, what do you guys recommend for cutting fat. its hard to do when you want to eat a lot to bulk up.
(i understand the concept of bulking and cutting and all that) i'm just looking for some insider secrets
on gear or other to use for this purpose.
i currently take ephidrine/aspirin/caffeine stack and jog in the morning on an empty stomach... a lot of work for minimal results... is also try to keep protein grams at least twice as much as fat grams... i DO eat some fat though... ie. i drink tons of Ensure protein cans that have 14g protein and 6g fat.... (is this bad?)
all ideas will be rewarded with gratitude.
