Has anyone been found guilty of poss. AS (felony) and been able to downgrade the felony to a misdemeanor? If so please respond, what was the exact charge, what state, diposition of case. Thanks..

I would recommend the book highly as well. I consider it to be one of my most valuable books. I learned a LOT in there based on the law and precedence and often it differs from some of the popular beliefs floating around.
