Anyone else feeling this monday lazyness? I ate so much food today id say close to 5-6k cal, tropical smoothie wrap and subway, chicken and rice twice, meatballs and pasta, and 2 protein shakes with oats, and now i just DESTROYED a whole box of cottage cheese.... I just took a FAT nap and feeling like skipping the gym.... This rarely happens, but what the hell
