sure he can...and they can freeze his cash, homes, property, and everything else gained thru his scam.
They borrowed $1 Billion in loans from banks and passed the money off as income. ENRON had shit...and yet ole Kennyboy....as the BUSH's call him...was raking in the cash.

I haven't been paying that much attention to the case.
Are they saying Enron was never a leader in it's field like we all believed and that everything was faked?
