Laxative

Anyone here use laxatives to clean their system? What's a good brand?

I always go the natural way, with metamucil.

the spice cardamom works as a good natural laxative, it's used widely in eastern indian recipes such as sweet dishes, curries, herbal teas, pretty much the whole shebang

add some to your tea and try it it is very cleansing

Metamucil is good. Eating lots of fiber is good too!

Senicot is good. I might have misspelled it. Its an herb laxitive. I would avoid harsh non-herbal one's for this purpose.

30 grams of butter? How does that work as a laxative?
