If it is proven that the 17 year old had sex with the 14 year old,
then in most jurisdictions the 17 year old will be guilty of stat
rape. Most crimes need intent, but statutory rape is usually
a strict liability offense (no intent needed)...
...so, basically... check your state penal code but usually it doesn't
matter if the 17 year old didn't know the girl's age. It doesn't
matter if the girl LIED to him about her age, etc etc.
It doesn't even matter if the sex was consensual.

I think there is something in the law (in some states) that if the two are within 3 years of age....... then its not statutory...... notice I said think...... very iffy situation there....

Shes acting crazy as shit b/c I won't get back with her. I learned never to date a freshman. My cousin's girl gave me some info on it from her crim justice class, but neither her, him or I are lawyers so I can't be too sure.
Now shes apologizing saying she only said that b/c she was mad. Shes a friggin loon.

I got rid of her ass. I want nothing to do with her. She told me I deserve to die, threatened to have me jumped by her guy friends and sued.
I responded by telling her to go fuck herself. She is nothing to me. Not a girlfriend, not a friend. I don't want to know her or what she does.
Her guy friends: Told her to send them, but they'll end up hurt one way or another even if they do succeed in jumping me. Myself, my family and friends would avenge that.
Her sueing me: The next contact I receive from her better be a certified letter from her attorney. If she doesn't win, then I'll countersue for defamation of character.
I don't even know if I could countersue, but I said it and it scared her. She said she was angry and didn't mean any of it.
