How serious is would it be if someone were arrested for selling a bottle of T200? Does anybody know? This is an important question.

yep it is a felony just like 1 crack rock could get up to 20 years i think the court system would not be so hard on as but you never know

Well, you said for selling. If it is possesion then probably nothing but it can be $100,000 in fines and 1 year in prison.

I am not saying either will happen but that is the maximums.

prosecutors often "overcharge" and actually plea bargain down to what they think you deserve, sounds bullshit but it happens, don't say shit to the cops, and make up an excuse why it was just for your use, talk to your lawyer, even public defender if you have not hired a private lawyer or can't must the cash, talk to them AFTER you have your story down. remember that in no state can a lawyer go along with you making shit up on the stand if they have previously heard you tell a totally different story, and neither can they help you concoct a good story that will make this look like possession for personal use. good luck

Thanks for the replies. I'm probably a little paranoid right now. There is a sting operation going on in my gym right now. State narcotics has had undercover cops in the gym for months and now everyone is wondering if their friends are cops. It makes you backtrack everything you've ever done. To top it off, I've been dating the soon to be ex-wife of the cop that's been making arrests. He told her that he can't wait to arrest me. We'll see what happens. You would really have to dig to find anything I've ever done.
