Law on syringes and empty vials

Very curious about ordering syringes and empty vials online. I don't think it's illegal to order empty vials but im not to sure therefore this post. Also as for syringes I am almost 100% sure it's illegal to order online and/or posses without a prescription. If anyone has any good insight about this please let me know I would rather order online than go to mexico (because I don't trust anything in mexico) but don't want any problems from law enforcement if you know what I mean. Thank you for the help.

It all depends on where you live. I can walk into Walgreens or Dollar General and get syringes. Check your local/state laws. You might be surprised.
