my last shipment is running very late, how long does it usually take to get a notice from the customs house

Took me about 4 weeks ordering from mexico. Never did claim the package so nothing happen.

How late is late??

You never mentioned how late your shipment is running, when you were told that it was shipped, how much you ordered, and what the originating area was. More info is needed.
