i like that high fiber 100 calorie mini popcorn snack u put in the microwave...its by Jolly Time Healthy Pop...like 7 grams of fiber, 20 carbs, and 2 grams of fat per bag ..and a bag is maybe 5 cups of popcorn, or a big bowl...ill have that with a prot shake w/peanut butter (when bulking)...:-)

flax seed and maybe whole cranbery sauce. if you are cutting, try it with celery.
 
unsalted nuts, alittle peanut butter. or i just smoke a fat ass blunt and dose off before i get hungry. pussy is always good to munch on too.
 
If you have this problem and you're cutting (like me) you are pretty much fucked. I eat the Dorian Yates pudding right before I go to sleep. If I zombie walk to the fridge in the middle of the night, I try to down some nuts or a scoop of Peanut Butter.
 
plain old protein powder in water. Or if I actually feel like cooking, I will have 4 egg whites and maybe one whole egg, but 9 out of 10 times it is just protein powder and water..
 
This is a funny read, I just had my late night snack right before I got on here, and it was......Cottage Cheese!! funny enough. I can tell there's knowledgable guys on here, but just to say it again. Cottage cheese is a great source of "slow release protein" (casein).
 
Just had my cottage cheese as well. Sometimes I mix in a scoop of low-carb protein powder and it tastes a bit like cheesecake.
