Late night snacks

I get kinda hungry around about this time 10-30-11pm every night and because my previous regime was for weight loss ive kinda disciplined myself to ignore this.

Now however im looking to suild muscle and ive upped my calorie intake to approx 3500 and my protein upto about 300g per day.

Im looking for something to satisfy my late night hunger that will feed my muscles overnight but wont add bodyfat!

Anyone got any suggestions or ideas on what i can eat to help with my BBing?

I usually eat 12 egg whites befor bed. or you can eat plain chicken,turkey. some people drink a shake but for me the protein doesn't last through the night and I wake up starving
 
as posted in the other thread, try the cottage cheese with add-ons (nuts, etc) (be sure you add this calories to your daily totals)
 
I tend to eat a bowl of porridge before I go to bed, releases a steady carb flow into the body throughout the sleep period, and kills any hunger at night...
