milk has carbs in...not much protein either...not good choice.
chicken, cott cheese, tuna (low salt) etc is good. dont get the deli sliced turkey it has hidden carbs and not as much protein as unprocceced meat.
add some fat before bed as well..if not flax almonds are good....30g has less than 1g carb..and is good source of fat.
