Nearly 2 month ago, I believe I really overtrained my back. It was being sore for an entire week after hitting it. When the soreness didnt go away I realized I injured it. I took 2 full weeks off from training. It felt fine at that point, when I did work back however I noticed sharp pain in a small area on my left lat.
Ive been working out everything besides back for over a month now and the pain is still there in my lat. I feel slight aggravation when working shoulders or chest, but I try and work around it.
I have no idea how to get this thing to heal. I cant just stop training everything again, but it never seems to heal.
