What size pin do you use and is site injection accurate?

Why would you want to inject in your lat?

A 23g or smaller will do but I would never inject myself in the lat. I stick to the normal areas.

I did a lat injection, worst mistake i ever made. It was extremely painful to lift my arm, or even walk. And i could not workout for like a week. But then again it was winstrol.
