I'm coming into a strongman contest soon and will likely be right at or slightly over my weight class due to tes water. Heavy weights were full so I have to cut and hold and sneak into middles (250). Obviously hardness and apperance are inconsequential to my sport. Here's the question:
If I need to piss off a couple pounds on the last day before competition, what type of Lasix dosage should I use? Even before that, would y'all recommend over-the-counter diuretics before Lasix due to that little side effect known as DEATH? Assuming that Lasix is a safe yet powerful alternative, I've read about starting at 20 mgs and seeing what happens, but seen no clear consensus. Potassium, etc. is of course included in the program. Thoughts and ideas please!!
